By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to follow all policies listed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however I kindly ask that you give at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations or service changes. Should you cancel, less than 48-hour notice a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service will be applied to your bill. 

If any appointment without notification happens, I will not allow any future appointments to be scheduled until the missed appointment has been paid in full.

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY

I strive to always offer each guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions, please let me know within 72 hours of your visit. I will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional charge.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Salon Lovelee will accept retail exchanges ONLY at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase. 

RUNNING BEHIND FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?

If you happen to be running behind, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, out of respect for my guests who follow your appointment, if you are 15 minutes or more behind you may need to give up part of your service(s) (i.e.; blow dry) or you may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that if it is necessary to reschedule due to excessive tardiness you will incur a last minute reschedule fee of 50% of your appointment service fee that will need to be paid for before making another appointment.

GUESTS/CHILD SAFETY GUIDELINES

To provide a comfortable experience for all salon clients, I kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests with you who are not receiving services. The service areas are reserved for guest receiving services only. Extra guest(s) will not be allowed in the service areas due to limited seating in the salon service area. A guest may kindly wait in the main lobby area, where you entered the building.

For safety purposes, no children will be allowed in the service areas under any circumstance. Children who can sit alone are permitted in the waiting area and must be an appropriate age. Children are permitted in the service area only when a service is being provided to them. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was solely created with your child’s safety in mind.

My goal is to ensure child safety while providing a professional environment in which I can focus on my guests’ needs. The salon is not child proof. This policy is strictly enforced due to safety regulations for providing services including chemicals and hot tools that may pose a danger to your child if unsupervised. Your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated as we do not want to compromise the safety and relaxation of our guests. Also, in order to provide a calm and relaxing experience for you as my guest, I ask that arrangements for childcare be made during your appointment time or you will be subject to reschedule.

DEPOSITS

Extension deposit is a requirement when booking/ordering for new extension hair, this deposit is non-refundable once the payment is made. This deposit which goes towards the cost of hair for you is reversed for your install appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the service. By placing a deposit, you are committing to the full payment of the service. Shall you choose not to proceed with the installation or if you change the color or texture of the natural hair between the consultation (once the deposit is made) and install appointment, and there is a color change/texture that needs to be made at the time of install, your deposit and hair will be forfeited.  That a new deposit is acquired and you will lose the initial deposit.
